Dear Parent/Guardian,

I hope this note finds you well.

The form below asks for your approval for the Templars staff and volunteers to communicate program-related content and updates with your son through digital means. This will help us keep him informed and engaged with the values and work of the Templars Order.

​

Here's a glimpse of what these communications will include:

The Standard, a weekly email newsletter reinforcing the virtues of the Templars Order
 

Chapter Meeting updates and follow-up (i.e. meeting agendas, meeting minutes, action items)
 

Local communication with confrères and chaplains to facilitate the Work of the Order (logistics for events, collaboration with projects, etc.)

With your approval, your son will receive the above listed Templars-related communication digitally. Without your approval, we will refrain from digital communication with your son and direct all program-related digital communications to you. Every effort will be made to copy and/or include the parent/guardian on communication with their son.
